Spain & Portugal — 2 Day Express Service
For mainland Spain and Portugal, we offer 2 day express delivery once your parcel has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre. This applies Monday–Thursday; parcels dispatched on Fridays will arrive the following Monday.
Cold Shipping (Spain, Portugal, France Only)
Express Cold Shipping with one thermal medical container (EU): 3–4 days – €99.98
A thermal container is not required for cold delivery as we use cold delivery transportation — it is simply useful for portable storage once received.
Cold Shipping Without Thermal Container

Portugal: €19.99
France: €49.99
Vials & Nasal Sprays
For standard vials and nasal sprays, you may choose either normal or express shipping. These products do not require thermal containers, as they are not pre-mixed.
Once the parcel has left our facility, it is solely the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment using the tracking details provided
**Returned Parcels & Reshipment Fee** If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, refusal of delivery, failure to respond to courier notifications, or any other issue outside of our control, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs. Once the parcel has been returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipment fee must be paid before the order can be sent again. Original shipping fees are non-refundable where the original delivery attempt was made correctly by the courier.
